The Montana Envirothon assists high-school age students learn more about five different natural resource areas. This program is sponsored by the Montana Association of Conservation Districts (MACD) and cooperating agencies.
The Envirothon offers hands-on instruction and problem solving for environmentally concerned students. Five-member teams made up of students from the same school enrolled in grades 9012 compete locally and regionally with the winning team advancing to the state competition. The state competition for the Envirothon is held in Lewistown.
The competition is scheduled April 28-29, 2014.
It’s too late to send a team this year to the state competition, but lets think about sending a team from Circle next year!
